Kelcie is our Gym Manager alongside her coaching role, taking on the many day-to-day tasks around the box and keeping everything in check to ensure the best experience for our members.

Kelcie has a mass of coaching experience having been head coach at her previous  CrossFit box in the US. Prior to finding CrossFit she coached youth team sports, spent 10 years in gymnastics and played collegiate softball. With this wealth of knowledge and experience, Kelcie is well placed to help members achieve their goals.

‘After graduating in 2013 I found myself out of shape and unmotivated to do anything about it. Luckily I found CrossFit that same year & haven’t looked back since. From the first time I stepped into a CrossFit gym I knew this was the perfect sport to fill that void.’
