Having not been particularly active in her teens, Becky’s mindset shifted completely when friend and fellow coach, Matt, convinced her to come and give CrossFit a try. Since those first steps into the box she has started studying for a degree in Sports Performance Coaching, gained the CrossFit Level 1 and British Weightlifting Level 1 qualifications and competed in multiple competitions including Strength in Depth, European Championships and The Rainhill Trials.

‘I hope that I can get more young people into living healthy, active lives and I can’t wait to help members reach their full potential and be the best version of themselves.’
